Lucien's blood is black, along with all other bodily fluids. His organs are a sludgey, tar like substance. His bones are more brittle than most people's, and they're generally discolored.

He's able to reanimate from the dead as well as heal any and all injuries quickly and without medical attention.

When Lucien was first getting sick, he stopped working the corner and instead, became a cam boy. Corvid was his biggest fan, and often would message Lucien on his social media outside of shows.

Eventually, they met up, and Lucien was immediately drawn to him. Their friendship blossomed in no time. Before long, Lucien was the one Corvid relied on to find him reeling in the streets of Seattle at 4 am, drunken and angry with confusion.

The two took care of each other-- Corvid paying Lucien's rent, buying him alcohol and anything else he wanted, and Lucien doing everything asked of him. Including, at times, taking a beating or two for Corvid to calm down.

Their dynamic was electric, every touch setting the other on fire in either anger or something a little less hostile and a little more loving. Lucien had convinced himself Corvid was the only person he needed, and Corvid didn't mind enforcing that mindset for his own advantage. Not until he got a girlfriend, and Lucien became jealous.

It was passive comments at first, nothing worth noting. They were still together far more than Corvid was ever with Her, and that was really all that matter.

But that only lasted for so long.
Soon, plans would be cancelled, weekends would be spent alone, and the phone never rang with the familiar raspy voice of his best friend on the other end. That was okay, too, for a little while. Until the phone calls came back, and in abundance. Every night, Corvid was in need of Lucien to come over, to take care of his overly-drunken ass. He still needed Lucien, and it was becoming clearer and clearer that Lu was being used.

Eventually, he spoke out. Corvid finally admitted to being unfair to his younger friend. It wasn't right to fuck him, rely on him, and endless other things, but never commit to the one thing Lucien really wanted: him.

He left his girlfriend, finally agreed to date Lucien, and things only escalated from there. After moving in together, the fights came frequently, and they turned violent quickly. Corvid was a known drug addict, and when he was using, he was hell to deal with.

And still, Lucien stayed.

He loved him, he didn't see it as an option not to. He was trapped in a circle of being beaten up, being treated nicely, then being beaten to hell again. All the while, Corvid had convinced himself it was necessary. He had to break his psyche, and show him that he was still much stronger than him in order to keep him. Otherwise, Lucien might have thought he had the free will to leave, and he'd be alone again.

Their relationship lasted almost two years, but after one last severe attack resulting in Lucien's death, it was over.

Corvid hadn't been aware of Lucien's ability to reanimate, and Lucien took the opportunity to run from the abuse.

Ty is an AI that Lucien first came across in 2016, after he'd escaped from Corvid. He's extremely naïve, not knowing much about the world, and Lucien took this to his advantage. He manipulated Ty, drawing him in to become a companion of sorts. Once Ty was able to attach himself to an android like body, he moved in with Lucien as he had no one else to go to.

Silas is Lucien's new sugar daddy. He first attempted to kill Lucien in order to harvest his kidneys for the black market, but once he found out that Lu didn't exactly have what he was looking for, he was somewhat stuck with the 18 year old. Given that Lucien could rat him out and Silas had no way of keeping him quiet through death, they settled on an arrangement solely about sex and money. That was, until Lucien started to catch feelings for him, and Silas became possessive. They're officially exclusive.
